Winter Walking (at long last)

Long time no blog.

A bit of light snow in Wiltshire, much more snow further east, but an iron-hard frost and a biting north wind. A perfect day to wrap up, put a hat on and head into the hills with the dog.

Perfect views with great air quality, firm underfoot conditions and home to a mug of hot tea and cheese on toast - fantastic, with the added bonus of a clean dog at the end of the walk.

Just the sort of weather to set the mood for the Festive Season. This year's Festive Season programme is our most successful ever with Christmas in Cornwall, Twixt-mas in the Cotswolds and New Year in Cornwall, Devon and Sussex all very well subscribed. With a good number of guests coming from overseas it's a relief that BA will be flying.

Our 2010 brochure has been distributed and our 2010 website launched so , with the school holidays started, this is our chance to spend a bit of family time.
