The Patter of Tiny Claws
One of our flock of Maran hens went broody a few weeks ago, so we put a few eggs under her. It appears that our cockerel, Lucky, has been doing his job. We have three fluffy chicks following their 'mother' around.
I thought you might like to see this picture (taken by our neighbour, Annette) of one of the chicks peeking out from under mother hen's wing!
